Ray, I have a drywall / tape question for you. Any of you other board and mud slingers can chime in as well.....

just about broke my back, if I was standing in your living room it wouldn't take me 5 minutes to figure out your problem and in most cases 10 more minutes to repair it.

I was good Rick, Jeff my boss said you are the best Ray and maybe I was, maybe not but my record says I was pretty good, Craig knows what kind of person and worker I am, I'm true to the core, that's why he hired me and now his right hand when his left hand is busy

No need to apologize Rick, I understand, I just remember all those weekends and holidays I had to work to meet the dead lines of the builder's so they could be home with their family's while I worked to meet their dead lines, many many years of it, now I am thankful for Bubba and what he has done for me, he takes care of me and is good to me and I am and will take care of him and thankful for the job that he gives me!

I was a pretty good drywall'er 3 years ago, still have my tools but I'm a better right hand man for Craig, I only wish I could have hooked up with bubba sooner in my life because if I did I would be that much more a head, best move I ever made in my life :clapping:

I hear ya Rick, just wish people would take the pros's more serious then the weekend warrior's, I was a pro at drywall and bet after three years wouldn't miss a beat if I had to pick up a pan and knife again

All the best bud and go Dodger's

Ray!

I have worked concrete and even hung some drywall from time to time. I let someone else do the tape and muddin' though, that's just too precise for my level of expertise.

My dad had many saying's that were passed on to him and he would pass these on to me at the appropriate times......two of my favorites were.....

"Son, if it were easy, there'd be a lot more people doin' it ."

and

"If you really wanna make any money in this world you have to learn to work while other people are playing and play while other people are working ."

I'm sure these applied to your construction experience.

Thanks again.
