racer 2 stand

I'm planning to pickup an Anderson Stand at my local dealer shortly. I do think I'll probably hacksaw off the 'feet'
and sand smooth so as to just keep the R2 off the tarmac and not be 'bothersome' while swinging....
 
I've been using the Anderson stand for a few years on various detectors. Won't fit all but fits most detectors. At my age I'm very weight conscious so drilled various size holes all over it . Don't know how much weight it took off but it sure made me feel better. The plastic is super strong and with all the holes didn't seem to make it weak.
