Looks like you have two 16 qt stockpots going. How long did it take?

Had you brought that to me at my job today, we could have processed it from raw to canned in a couple hours easily. But then, working in a commercial kitchen does have it's benefits.

Oh Yea! That's what I'm talking about! Looks very good, job well done.
Are the tomatoes homegrown? I am jealous, Beale.

I have a KitchenAid Mixer with a food grinder attachment(no seeds or skins).....total it was a 5 hour job and 26 quarts finished and processed. Will have to do round 2 as soon as I have enough ripe tomatoes again.

specialized varieties just for great taste.

Those are supposed to be great! Plus, since they breed true, you can just save the seeds from year-to-year.

and the rest are hybrids that are unavailable to the backyard grower. They are specific determinate, large sized, and great for flavor and able to tolerate conditions here in the northeast.

Many heirloom tomatoes do not tolerate our weather conditions well and are very poor on production and quality.

kinda food, Beef, it's what's for dinner !
