Pin pointer

Recieved my pistol probe 2 days ago. It works great!! No more do i have to keep getting up and down to check the hole with my detector. The pistol probe does the job.
 
Sounds like you did good. When I go hunting and forget my probe I go home,
My suggestion would be the Detector pro or the Garret.

I like the Sun-Ray probes, but if your just looking for a pin pointer I like the DetectorPro Pistol Probe. I tested a good little pointer that comes from Harbor Fright supply for around 15.00 but it don't like cold weather.
 
I just got a Pistol Probe, it does give you 6" on a nickle but I returned it the next day. What I didn't like was the shape of the handle tapered and maybe would be hard to hand on too, also its a BIG probe. I think also that if you have a 2-3" hole it would pick up junk next too the target. I'm exchanging it for a Garrett Pro Pointer. Just MHO.

I got the Garrett and love it. Wont leave home without it !
