Part for V3i / XLT/ DFX ( Pictures)

Hi, have an issue with this, need a part number or where I can purchase or connector type, not sure it is an aviation connector.

The coils are now very twitchy and have to turn sensitivity down loads to get them to function, sorry have a video but cant post here.

I have to agree with Carl. The broken piece is an alignment guide and the "key" on the guide is still there to ensure the plug and jack are in proper alignment. Try your coils on another machine and if they work OK, it is your detector.
 
I did have that part fail! It did not show any damage like the photo. Whites replaced it, but told me ahead of time they didn't think it was the problem as it "doesn't fail". Wrong!
