I am SO GLAD that I sold my MX Sport shortly after buying it. Sounds like I save myself ALOT of aggravation. It would have been nice to see the Whites Rep on here offer to intervene in this matter. I know when I ordered an AT Pro direct from Garrett the sales person told me that they would send the unit to quality control for a once over prior to shipment just to make sure that the item I received was working properly. They then followed up later that afternoon with a email containing the tracking info.
I hope Whites is listening, if not I guess it wont be the first American company to fail by not taking care of their customers.
