Yes I have and have taken several older gold rings from there.
 
I wrote a story about one of them. A girls high school ring, Charlevoix HS in fact. It was from 1932 and I managed to find the girls grand daughter and returned the ring. There was a 1923 ring right next to it but I never found the owner
