One of my best finds published ..

Thanks Steve ..

I found it back in late October. Detecting now would be pointless as we are locked-up in frozenness of course ..... but, we are just about halfway through winter anyways. I have been researching new sites and have about 4 new sites to focus on for 2012. Funny .. One of my pool league team members asked me, "Do you ever talk about anything else?" .... and I honestly just said "No!"

Yeah, you probably would have a tough time getting much of anything out of the ground right now, eh Dave?! :)

I bet you are chomping at the bit to hit your new sites...I can't imagine having to give up months of the year each year, in terms of detecting! I hear you about the "don't you ever talk about anything else?" thing...I'm sure my wife and daughter feel that way about me! :) This is one of those hobbies that can really "hook" you...I enjoy a good many hobbies -- hunting, fishing, golf...but detecting is unique!

Very cool, Dave!

Big Congrats Dave! That's one elusive wheatie, I hope to unearth one some day myself. Halfway through winter here too, can't wait for spring!

Thanks to all of the believers out there. Won't be posting here anymore unfortunately. And I don't feel the need to write a 7000 word thesis on why .. Peace.

I'll just pin it at the top again for a few more days:clapping:

Stuff like this is just really cool...and that coin is still on my wish list.
