You are from a tough part of the country to come across something like that.....

Is there any spanish silver found down that way? Reales?

I'm sure there must be, but, I haven't been fortunate enough to pass my coil over one! I have found an English Penny, some Canadian pennies and a few other foreign coins to include two 5 Dong coins. I may be the only one here that has found 10 dongs with my metal locator!!.....and they were in the same hole!!.......whoa!.....10 dongs in one hole! That should be some sort of record. :rofl:
 
Ha! Can't say I have ever seen that either.
