Omega on the way!

EL, as you know, my F 75 has been pretty good to me, but since adding the T 2 the 75 is starting to collect a little moss. I am really liking the T 2 for coinshooting as it is finding some good keepers. Now, that is all I would need to do is add an Omega and have two perfectly good machines growing moss.LOL HH jim tn

and it definitely works a lot better than trying to keep three women around!!!! Seriously, I never just hit a site once and it's nice (and functional according to my finds) having the diversity of the three to rotate through. A little Roundup will control the moss.

Hey, I like that Roundup idea and I am also with you (at my age) about the three women around. I also frequent the same sites repeatedly and my T 2 has sniffed out some silvers that we (F 75 amd me) had missed. HMMMM on the Omega. Three just could be better then two. LOL HH jim tn

The Omega got here today! Many thanks to Richard. I put it together, what a nice detector. I went out back and turned it on. What a lot of info on the screen. I decided then and there it was time to look at the manual. I came back in and started reading.

All of a sudden the wind picked up and hail, rain and lightning hit. Looks like a small tornado hit close. The tree across the road from me was now literally across the road lol. We lost some pecan tree branches and about a 20' palm. The mudbog and dirt drag across in the cow pasture is a mess. The announcers stand was blown down and lights down. The county grader got the tree off the road and I got the branches cleaned up in the yard.

I finally got to read the manual about 8:30 and I think I am going to like this detector. I will give my thoughts on it as I learn it. I have only been detecting 2 years so I have a lot to learn. So far I like what I see.
