Older elementary school still coughing up the odd stuff.

Weather here finally getting tolerable enough to get out. Went back to the elementary school I attended in the early 60s that I finished up last years detecting. The school and attached park so far has yielded about 6 silver rings, a couple silver coins, and probably clise to $30 in clad. My first couple hours the other day revealed nearly $3 in clad and Japanese 10 yen! Went back yesterday to the front of the school and dug just over $2 in clad, a South Africa 5c piece and a nice, but small silver bracelet (the diameter of the piece just fits around the top of a standard shot glass). Almost all recoveries were between 4-6”. (I am having trouble uploading the other pictures, its telling me the file is too large. This is a new iPhone 13 and I should be able to change the file size, working on it……)

good work sounds just like my hunts... try emailing the pics to your laptop and resize.

There are no markings on the bracelet, I have a home kit for testing silver and gold but just haven't gotten around to it yet. The bands on the piece are mildly pliable so hoping maybe .950 and if so I will take it in and get the jeweler to confirm.
