Old trash pit in my lawn?

Tgis was a first for me,found a loaded trash pit or maybe outhouse site.doesnt seem privy site deep to me.does anybody know what the possibly native piece is?seems like carved bone but has the density of stone,maybe fossilized? We do find arrowheads in the area.Any help or opinions would be greatly appreciated

Very nice finds and were these coin pictured at this site too?? Very questionable what it is, but do know I would be going over it again and again and see what else is found. Looks like a trash pit I feel, but with the coins I wonder is it was a shallow Privy site for the early 1900 or so with the Barber coins.

It a good site you found.

I hope to see more posted and hope you can show us more of the finds.
