Old railroad lock ?

Found this old railroad lock before the Big Freeze here in Pa. I can’t find any old lock photos that match it. I found a lot of Union/ Pacific locks but none with just Union line on them. Any old railroad lock experts out there that can help identify it and is it worth anything in this condition without the clasp ? Thanks for looking. T Mac in Pennsylvania

That is an awesome find. Can't help with an Id but for me it would be priceless and go in the display case. Congrats on the save. Mark
 
I gave you the exact name of the railroad and the manufacture so you could look it up? Any way here is the picture of the front and the back.
Nice find love the old RR memorabilia! Its actually a transfer company for a Pennsylvania RR

TMAC… a cool lock with history, if it could talk, there would be some interesting tales.
