Pulled some utensil pieces, an organ reed, and some kind of cap my guesses are a cane cap or firearm grip cap.

Those are some special finds. Can you tie a Dr. William H Day to the site. The monogram on the flatware seems to be a different name.

I agree I can't make out the script on the flatware but it's definitely not the Dr. I'm hoping a trip to the local historical society will help.
