Looking around not that much on the market are now just wondering what people are using. Planning on getting a X-Terra Elite for back up.

I forget who suggested these (maybe odan) but they are my go to for all occasions now. Probably a little cheaper through Avantree since you may get by without sales tax. The option to go with the earpieces or speakers next to your ears is priceless for situational awareness. The battery life is incredible using the speakers so when using the ear pieces it has to be out of this world. they pair up flawlessly every time , the tones and volume are perfect and no lag time I can discern even when using faster recovery timers on the Legend. AAAA in my book , wouldn't try anything else!! https://avantree.com/torus-nb05-bluetooth-wearable-speaker

Keep in mind the wireless headphones that come with the one package are the ML85s. That means you will need a transmitter to use any third party headphones. Minelab really screwed us when they went proprietary, got greedy or both on the audio. A decent one will run you around thirty bucks. I have one for both my Xterra Pro and my 900. By the way I have been using the Legend and much prefer it to the others mentioned. Good luck. Mark
