OK GUYS I MADE THE MOVE

Best of Luck to you C.J.M., with your new Garrett AT Pro. I'm sorta in the same situation regarding my shoulder. I'm right handed, so I naturally swing right handed. I had surgery on my left shoulder about 5 years ago for a torn rotator cup and a ripped left bicep. I'm trying to preserve my right shoulder. I use the Minelab Safari and love this detector, but I'm considering selling the Safari for a lighter unit, such as the Equinox. Anyways, again, Best of Luck to you with the Pro. Garrett makes fine detectors. Let us know what you think of it, and we'll be watching for posts of much Found Treasure.

Well, I got it yesterday WOW its in pristine condition.I put it together ,the connectors were a little tight. Looks like it came from KELLYCO , the owner was 86 and was having a hard time . Hea guys wait to you hit the 80's your head says lets go detecting, but your body says "NO WAY" hmmm the body wins:laugh:.
Try a little silicone grease on the connections.
Pro zero. Though I preferred disc at 30-35.
