Nokta Simpex question

Hi there. I want to buy a Nokta simplex, but I need some information as my terrain is highly mineralized (volcanic)
Question:
In all metal mode, can the threshold pitch be adjusted (raised / lowered)? Leave it as a slight buzz and notice the changes in mineralization?
Can someone try it at home and tell me?
