Bill_S said:I should have one before long and will give an honest review of it. I will probably post a short video test with it also.
Rob (IL) said:You will be happy. I will post a review as soon as I am allowed to. I liked the proto but the finished product is prettier and better.
Rob (IL) said:As we suggested the vibrate and speaker function was increased on the final version. Monte was addressing a prototype. Also function selection was changed but more on that when I get a final version in my hand.
If you get one before mine gets here, Please be careful when cleaning the TRX. There is a very thin membrane under the speaker grill that does keep water out of the electronics, but since it is very thin it is also very fragile. Use only running water to clean out the speaker grill.
Larry (IL) said:The TRX lists for $160 but can be purchased for less and the depth is 4 to 5 inches right out of the box which is very impressive. The TRX has many features that the Garrett does not have. You need to do some more research Robert, I think White's has hit a home run on this one.
