New Minelab Models or Minelab Updates?

i have to say its a bloody Aussie past time to have a whinge think we got it off the pommies 
who else can i insult while i am here 
oh yeah minelab forgot who we were having a go at 
i own one and i will have a whinge if i want
but they were nice to me last time i dealt with them so i have to say thanks for that they did me a solid so thanks minelab.

I think I need an Aussie to American English translator at times.
But after looking up up the words I didn't know, your post makes perfect sense...

knar don't be worried Mike that's another Aussie past time stickin it up the pommies , they invented all the sports we play and now we hand them their butts, cricket is a good example although they have been beating us over there of late, but we still have the ashes
we also like giving ourselves a bit of a bashing and sometimes i think we deserve it.
i remember i had to ring Tesoro it was like 3 am and i was tired and i talk Australian when i am tired i said G'day and the lady said what and i had to explain i was in Australia and tried to talk as best i could so she could understand me, i think i got a bigger laugh out of it than they did in that regard but they got the last laugh 
didn't fix my coil and charged me to send it back 
maybe they were getting me back for talking like i do 
but really its dying out the Aussie language , i say G'day to a young girl at the shop and they look at me funny and well now its time to tell the truth we watch so much American TV now young kids don't grow up learning the proper Australian language
i found a badge it had on it 2 birds and it said Australian Galahs, i showed my mate and said look 2 Aussie Galahs and started cacking myself laughing i don't think he thought it was as funny as i did i said i am gunna keep that and stick it on my detector, Galah, is well used in a sentence "your a bloody galah mate" anyway i thought it was funny midnight digging in the dirt for what ever must be 2 Aussie galahs
i do try and tone it down as best i can so you don't need a thesaurus to read my posts
think about some of the stuff we say here its pretty funny, like someone says how you going and we say yeah not bad mate, have a look for carl baron on youtube he is funny

re: KinTN and ML: Upon reviewing the thread in question, it seems to me that its a lot of the same people complaining now that were complaining before the CTX was released.

Man, I honestly want no part of this catfight, but have you ever bought a car or a new house? The list of things that aren't perfect...........isn't short. Would be nice if it was, but the real measure of a company (or a person) is how it handles adversity.
ps: I think KTN's problem is people that have no dog in the fight doing the bashing. Me, I never bash another person's machine choice, even the low end ones. Some folks cant afford a $2k machine and make do with what they can afford. I wish them all the best and honestly believe that 80% or more is who's doing the swinging.
Note that I do reserve the right to make fun of/bash any machine I have ever owned tho.
