There are 12 programs that come preset on the Deus2. You can customize 12 (13 to 24) additional programs and save them and they will be there even when the unit is shut down. The preset ones will go back to default when the unit is shut down. I'm wondering if my unit is used because there are 2 custom programs (13 & 14) set in the remote unit. Has anyone come across this?

Mine came with the 14 programs. 13 and 14 are not in the manual. Also they stayed after the update. I would not worry about it

Every new Deus has a 13 and 14. Your detector is new.
Didn't know you could. How? I thought it factory restet when turned off. . . except custom programs
