Never thought I would get one of these

I specialize in early cabin sites hoping to find Civil war Veterans memorabilia. Over the Years it pays off with buttons plates etc.. but a few buttons have eluded me. I was making thee last pass one such site that was playing out. Hugging the edge I pulled 3 buttons in a row, the first was a "R" cuff "The holy grail" The second was a Calvary cuff and the 3rd was a general service coat. The picture on my jeans was a just dug of the Riflemen's The second is cleaned and a bath in lemon juice, the gilding really popped.

Very observant miserman,I am leaning more toward a training site I have been searching for. It was mentioned briefly in some old clippings described as "250 people trained for the civil war on a flat area west of town" Only problem is there is no flat ground around here LOL But I am west of town!
