Need Recommendation on a Pinpointer

The Wizard-II was my first pin pointer to try and see what these things are all about and if I wanted to continue using a pinpointer. Worked well for me. Actually I had given it to a friend some time ago, and last I heard it's still working. The color matches her ACE 250 as well.
My Uniprobe has got the most hours use of all the pinpointers I have, although I have been using my Pro Pointer mostly since I got it.

thats the same prob i'm having at mo, bad conection on connector, just been too busy to change it lately, also the speaker dropped out and is held in with hot melt glue now, i also had to reverse the switch, nothing wrong with it, all my doing and would not hesitate to get a new one when needed

I have several, the Garrett Pro-pointer is hard to beat. I depend on mine. I like the Tinytec Deluxe for sandy areas. It is a very good low priced pin pointer.

The garret proponter is amazing you can tape a coin to it and slide it forward and get twice the depth you can get a dime at 2 1/4" deep no problem and the way it beeps as you get closer to the target is great DO NOT GET THE WHITES bull thing two you may as well fumble thru the dirt whith your hands you would find the target faster it obsoleet an antiqe now the dealers who need to sell thear stock of them will disagree I would love to try the pistol probe but just can not aford it the garret is very reasonable in price and can take a beating hope you get one Gunnar MN
