Found these few items yesterday in eastern AL near an old house. I'm new to relic hunting in this area (formerly from FL). I'm mainly interested in IDing the round brass or bronze item. It's 7.5 grams, 15/16" dia.. It looks like the lettering is an 'S' over a 'C' with some kind of mark in the middle and on the right side. Also, does the bullet look like a mini ball? Thanks for the help, Gary

Gary, I aint got a clue about the round thing, the bullet on the left looks sorta like and enfield bullet but looks like it has been chewed on by an animal. Is the base hollow or solid?...d2

The button thing is very interesting and I can see the s & c.Do you have an ultrasonic cleaner? It would bring out all the detail. What part of eastern Alabama do you live,I'm in Calhoun county?

garyflal, I hate to do this to ya' but...Whats a SC henway, about 6 pounds, same as one weighs here in Arkansas. Bud those are some nice finds and dont get mad at me :cheekkiss:...d2
