Need help identifying this coin.

It is the same size as a quarter, appears to be bronze, weighs 6.06 g. has symbols and 8 stamped on one side, other symbols and what appears to be a 32 near top.Found in Bonaire so maybe Netherlands? Need all the help I can get

This is what we call a reseal. A coin cut to give it weight and with a new added value. In this case eight maravedis.
 
Thank you sir. I understand Spain during their 30 years of war used some of their coinage, 2 and 4 maradevis and restamped them as 8 maradevis. Kinda like we print more money! I can't find an actual date, but there is an 02 on the reverse. Maybe 1602?
