My Legend kicked my butt today, would not let me leave.

Went to a park that I went to about 3 weeks ago and cannot believe how many targets I hit on. Everything I dug was only between 1-3 inches deep. If my pinpointer did not pick it up I left it, set my recovery high to 7 to only focus on shallow targets but fast recovery time. The ground just too hard to dig Deeper holes. My new Legend is just a great machine, getting dialed in on the different tones and vid #s which helps to focus on good targets. At 70, my detector just wore me out and had to stop, still a lot more ground to hunt at a later date.

I also like those shallow targets, winter time is fine for the deep ones, but once the moisture leaves the ground here our dirt is also like concrete.

Hi, I use the standard coil it came with, I spend a lot of time looking at tutorials and videos on how to use the Legend which made it pretty easy to use, detecting the last 15 years with different detectors helped also.
