My Legend is a "DUD"

I think you are missing the point.
Of course when everything goes smoothly its all good, but its how you handle things when they don’t. If you want to compare a situation you have to have experienced the same. So you received a defective product?
I don’t think answering questions is necessarily the problem

Everybody has a choice of which detector to buy or which seller they purchase from. I have purchased my Deus 2 and numerous accessories for it from Bart. Each purchase I had questions I asked before buying and every time my question was answered quickly. He must be doing something right he is still in business and he advertises on this forum. My point is you cant please everyone we can only do the best that we can with each situation,

“must be doing something right is still in business and advertises on this forum.”

In case you don’t know how online businesses work, first anyone can open an online drop ship business. Just advertise somewhere and when an order comes in have it drop shipped.
Now say 10,000 people order a product and 100 of them get a defective one. You could say, screw those 100 people and if you do the math you will still have a 99% positive result. Pretty good right? Everyone will order from someone with a 99% approval. Can’t satisfy everyone right?
But what about those 100 people that got blown off? Is that the right way to do business. 99% of people won’t care or don’t know because they got theirs no problem.

Follow the stories and figure things out on your own….In most cases you will find your common denominator in just about any circumstance ….Where there’s smoke, there’s fire !
