MXT PRO to the Whites Hospital

[size=large]well Aarong81 i heard back from whites. was told to go ahead and keep the coil. now i have an extra. will make a sweet deal if wanted. my e-mail is already on one of these posts. let me know. whites threw in a 2012 calander as well. machine works fine. took it out for a work-out yesterday with the 8x6 sef coil. didn't find much but did notice i could get closer to the fences. the park was infested with little kids playing baseball. the weather broke and was perfect for them and me to do our things. it was great. now i gotta wait til it warms up today and find a place to go. you all have a wonderful day.

[size=large]Widebody - I don't have a truck, but a possible solution to your problem would be to hang your detector in the cab on a gun rack, or a modified gun rack. Instead of a rifle you would have a metal detector or two hanging there.[/size]
 
Widebody, That sounds like a chance I shouldn't pass on but if I spend anymore on my detector I would like to check into a sef or DD coil, something that works better in hotrocks if that possible. I know of a few places with hotrocks that I have to pack up and hunt somewhere else because my setup just wont let me detect it. I'll keep thinking about your 950 eclipse, but I think I'll save up for a different coil. THANKS for offering it! I may change my mind. LOL
 
[size=large]Mat, you been talking to my daughter? she came up with the same idea a few days ago. i already concidered it though. because of the weight distribution on the rods and the difficulty of getting in and out of the back area the rack is impractical. right now i have padded bags for the :whites: MXT PRO and my :minelab: minelab. thanks for the thought. my local sporting store is out of the container recommended by Nancy. found out they stock whites detectors now. saw my first V3i. pretty little thing.i'm just not rich enough. besides, i really like how simple my MXT is.
as for the coil. Aarong81, i'm with ya on the DD coils. i'll put it on somewhere for sale. add the proceeds to my kentucky fund. and i do accept contributions for this fund. no dollar is too small.:rofl:
