ML80 Bluetooth Wireless Headphones Lag Time

After using the Deteknix and Z-Lynk wireless systems I can really tell there is a lag time when detecting a target using the ML80 headphones with my Vanquish 540. Has anyone else experienced this? It's not too bad, but there is definitely a noticeable lag.

It is noticeable. I seldom use the blue tooth headphones, the wireless module is the way to go mainly because of the quality of sound.

Yes! Ditto on the lag time for the ML-80 headset.
On another detecting forum I found out about the following Falwedi Bluetooth Headset.

My experience in the 3 months or so of using (approx. 20 outings) is that it pairs fast, really fast without issues.
And it is LOUD by comparison.
There does not appear to be any lag to my bad hearing.
I recently switched over to wired headset and did not like the Minelab complete lack of volume for wired headsets.
Switched back to the Falwedi Headset and voila; still did not hear any appreciable lag and plenty of volume...

TOO MUCH DIRT --- NOT ENUFF TIME

Apt-X=LL or is it

Apt-X LL ? Are ML-80's fast or just PDQ? IDK

Would these be faster then the minelab 80's? "MINELAB ML 100 HEADPHONES Minelab ML 100 headphones use aptX™ Low Latency technology, which delivers faster, higher quality audio than standard Bluetooth, so it will give more precise and faster detection responses when used for metal detecting. They contain the latest CSR8670 chipset with aptX and aptX Low Latency, and are compatible with devices that support Bluetooth."

Just to give an update. I sold my ML80 headphones because of the lag I was experiencing when using them with my Vanquish 540 and bought a Z-Lynk set with WT-1 transmitter and MS-3 headphones. I installed them on my Vanquish and lo and behold, absolutely no lag. The response going over a target is immediate, the same as using wired headphones or no headphones at all. ***As a side note, the guy I bought the Vanquish from said that he sold it to me because he thought the Vanquish had a very slow recovery time. Turns out that was due to the lag time using the ML80 headphones. When I told him about the issue with the ML80 headphones lag time, he said that if he had figured that out himself he would have never sold the Vanquish.***
