Use the thunder 29 muffs for there mods.
You can go to the link below and purchase the soft ProForm

First off I purchased the TDK WR 700 wireless Headphones off an auction site for a reasonable $99.00 shipped.
I must say that I really enjoyed using them on my MP3 player!.... I thought at first that I would just leave them
the way they were but time and heat convinced me to mod them for a more comfortable fit and better noise reduction...
Below is some photo of the beginning of the TDK mod as i'm doing this in what little spare time I have....updates later as
I proceed further......

I first disassembled the TDK's down to this point as shown below.

After measuring the O.D. of the TDK's I found a lid from a small container
that I had that measured the Exact same as the headphones..and used my dremel
tool to shape the contour of the lid to match the contour of the Thunder 29's
so I could use it to trace and outline onto the thunder 29 shell...

After doing the above I did a course cut with my dremel

103_8629.jpg

After the course cut I carefully sanded the hole with my dremel tool to a Close
tolerance so the right ear assembly would fit into the 29 shell as shown below...
"Note" after the mod is totally finished I will trim the outside around the TDK speaker assembly
with and O-ring...

I will also fill the inside of the thunder 29 after I'm finished for a clean look

I found some time this morning to work on the TDK thunder 29 modified wireless Headphones.
I have only to trim around the TDK speakers for a clean look, soldier up the wires and install
some new Leather looking earpads that come on all quality headphones today...
Below are some photos of what they look at this point in time..
