welcome to the forum. I see a lot of simularities between our families, but something you said really caught my eye. You said your family was too happy to know they were poor. Wow, I wished I had said that first!

Some of the things you did as a kid and some of the things I did were one in the same. Those really WERE the good old days. Please keep the stories coming!
