I didn't take the rubber gasket out of the usb cap just using the 2mm o ring to stop the water getting in, what's everyone else using and doing with the usb cap?

Return it. If they won't take it back do a charge back. Your a consumer you have rights. Or you could "just take it". For them to tell you to send the machine in and frost the situation with a 10 day repair promise is terrible.

I read somewhere sunray has a IP68 hosing for the USB port is this true and if so has anyone used them?
