March Break Loot: 5 1/2 ozs.

That's two weeks. A local pro just called me to ask if I'd lost weight from all the work. My sites book is about all shorelines. There's also some material on understanding inland sites.
Thanks for your interest.

Not to appear to be too ignorant but , Aqua would be the 1280-x right. I have the Excal and I am wanting a different water machine. I would like to be clear if it is the Aquanaut. I love the Excal but, would like to try another good water machine and coming from someone who finds the stuff you have would be valuable.

Thanks

That's the Aquasearch. Some problems geting service with them now, though--temporary I hope.

It is my understanding that all of the Eric Foster machines are virtually impossible to get now. One of those Goldscan 5C units in a waterproof case would be a dream machine. Perhaps someday they will waterproof a White's TDI for a close approximation. Water machines, especially PI, seem to lag so far behind what is available for land use. All of the major manufacturers have remained content with insignificant variations of the same old thing for years. I suppose the market is simply too small for it to make financial sense for the manufacturers to do much for the water hunters.

Deffinitaley a rush to get that much gold up. How many days work is that? Question: would your book address inland fresh water beaches as well? Good luck.

Sorry about the quality as well as the rush you get shakes:biggrin::biggrin:

Yeah, Kered, nice loot u got there. A testimony to your skill & tenaciousness.

more like luck, being in the right place at the right time,(although making the most of it helps) i have taken another 21 rings and 4 pendents (only one with chain) in the last 3 visits, 9 today in 2.5 hours but the tides are late and not very big(but getting better)
According to the news the sand is at its lowest since 1973 so i'm making the most of it while it lasts.

If you understand spanish you can see this video, http://agalegainfo.crtvg.es/videos/?emi=6620&corte=2009-03-30&hora=14:48:38&canle=tvg1 thats me the big guy in red:twodetecting:

Good point, Doc, as well while the performance of many of these machines is top notch, the R and D is often lacking so that you have a machine which is suceptable to breakdowns in ways that something like a CZ 20 would never have. Technically, the build quality is great but out in the real world...
