Manual versus semi-auto sensitivity

Hi Mike, I had been running mine at 7 but tried 9 yesterday along with high sens. I'm gonna lower the sens. back to 22 Semi-Auto, Lower my gain down to 6 and adjust from there...Supposed to be a Fairly nice day today (Mid 50's)so I should have plenty of time to try some different Ideas I've got rolling around in my head...see how they work...Unlike some, I Actually ENJOY trying to FINE TUNE things to get optimum performance from them...and find myself NOT content to just go out & THINK my PREVIOUS settings are Top Shelf...I'm only into my second month with the Exp.(SE) as you know...But I feel that I'm finally getting a MUCH better grip on how it works & reacts to the various changes that can be made...Sure I'm still a newbie & will probably LEARNING for YEARS to come...God forbid, that I should ever become complacent & fail to TRY to LEARN...if that EVER happens I'll just have to find a new detector...HH...TT

Hey Mike, we all knew what you were talking about and agree with what you had to say. It seems that the Exp. can be setup diff. ways and still have very good results. I think I will give auto another shot, that's one I haven't used much at all. HH, take care, Merry Christmas to all.
