MANUAL TO AUTO SENSITIVITY

hi guys can you tell me a way to switch quickly from auto sensitiviy to manual you know how you can do this by hitting the left or right button on the etrac is there a simillar quick way on the 3030 thanks for any answers
 
Press and hold the button left of the menu button. This will bring up the sensitivity menu. Select manual or auto.
 
is that the quickest way please there isnt a press button to take you straight from one to another a SHORT CUT so to speak thanks for your answer but if you do it that way dont you have to scroll up or down and then hit detect i was hoping for a one button operation
 
You can program the user button (the one that looks like a person) to toggle the sensitivity Panel on and off...but you still need to select auto or manual. No one button on and off I am aware of.
