I have a wireless dongle in my Racer 2 .. I can use the wireless headphones or plug in my wired headphones ..

If you are talking Makro wireless headphone dongle to pair up with like another brand of wireless .. I would say no .. Makro wireless headphones comes with a cord to make them wired .. You could do a wireless set up off the headphone jack .. like any other detector ..
