Hit the beaches about 4 hours before low tide today. Even so it took a bit of driving to find the "good" beach. It's amazing how much beaches can change from one week to the next! The beach that was good last week was terrible this week and a beach that was terrible last week was great this week. Go figure <img src="/metal/html/smile.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt="

Finally all the sand that they pumped onto the NJ Beaches last year is almost gone <img src="/metal/html/smile.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt="

There were a lot of targets which makes the day go by too fast!!!

Besides all the coins and junk jewelry there was also some silver and gold.

I have never found a medal like the one in the pix. Here are closeups of both sides. I hope that someone out there can tell me a bit more about it!!! Thanks!!!
