LOT'S OF FINDS AND 1925 POP OUT WHEAT!

the pop out wheat is worth some bucks, here is one on ebay for $59 and it is not even a wheat! It is pretty rare to see copper pop outs, most are silver

I Want To Thank You All For Your Nice and Supportive Comments

Bryce, Your comment about the Pop Out was very meaningful to me coming from you

Terry, Your excitment is Great and I looked up the Pop Outs on Ebay and I agree that the one I found is more impressive
I was more excited about the Pop Out than the Silver Barber Dime I found at the same Hunt and that is saying something

When I found it I first thought it was a raised Button but Not and then I cleaned it and saw Lincoln..It Was Cool

Regards to All and Happy Hunting

Eva, I am not doubting anything, but you said you know longer have the pop out penny because your house was burglarized ten years ago and they took your whole collection. I am cornfuzed........NGE

That is Trappercnc who had a theft ten years ago and had his Coin Collection and Detctor Finds stolen including his Found Silver Dime Pop Out Coin that had been turned into a Ring

I was just expressing my sympathy when he explained why he was unable to provide a photo of this find

I hope that clarifies things

OK thanks for clearing things up, I didn't notice the change in th flow of the thread....nge

I remember it from your orginial post. Very cool. Did you ever get an ID on it?

No...other than knowing it's a Silver Rosie ( It has Liberty on it). when I heard pop out, I thought this could be one but after checking them out, it must be some dime used for a ring or something I guess. still neat no the less, just not a real pop out... LOL

Really GREAT FIND

I believe there is a history about Pop Out Coins but I also realize that historically Silver Coins were made into Items such as Buttons for ages

I Agree with you that because there is no Identification of a coin on the Pop Out Design it is probably not a Pop Out Coin but still very COOL
