loose wire in waterproof headphones

i first posted about how low they sounded even with volume maxed, i just got ready to go to beach plugged in. the waterproof headphones and it didnt shut off external speaker i jiggled the wire that goes into machine and then it cut off external speaker however when you swing it the external goes off and on. waiting for call back from, dealer. anybody recomend any aftermarket pair that will work with the ctx thanks jim
 
No if you find one please post it I have the same volume issue I love the CTX I love the wireless for land but I hate the Koss waterproof headphones and I am not tickled with the stock headphones either.
