Long underwear suggestions?????

This is just insane :-( I post questions on trying to figure out my machine and get hardly any replays. You post about what fricken underwear to buy and get a ton of replays :-( this forum is jacked up

Patience little brother, this may not seem like a relevant question to you, but if you ever do any water hunting in the winter, you will understand. If you don't get the answer to a question, repost it. A lot of the members of this forum don't metal detect as often in the winter as the other seasons. Hard core detectorists like John go anytime they get a chance and some others do also. Sometimes a post gets answered and sometimes it doesn't and instead of being angry, just send John Edmonton, the forum moderator an email. I don't have any experience with the ACE-350 myself and I'm still learning my AT/Pro.
Good luck and happy hunting.

I have used undergarments called "freeze out" during foul weather motorcycle rides...it works very well and runs about $50.00 for the top and the same for the pants. It is available through "Cycle Gear."

The under armor I bought was about 69.95 for each piece of top and bottom and worth every cent. I just wish I had known they had socks also. My feet do get mighty cold. I also ran into a problem with my chest waders where I got out into deeper water and my arms about froze off going into the cold water up to my elbows or higher. I solved that problem with the top of a rain suit and come gloves I used to use when I handled a lot of solvent cleaning carbuerators. I duct taped the gloves to the end of the sleeves and got out into some deeper water and they worked great at keeping me from freezing. The only problem I had that day was the wind had some waves in the lake/river that came over the top of my chest waders if I got out past waist deep.
Monday was a great day to go to the river, but I lacked transportation and I planned on going today and staying all day because it was sunshine and no wind or waves forecast, but the old back reared up after a 70 mile trip to buy some leaf fat and raw milk and said you ain't going anywhere. Rain and thunderstorms forecast Friday and Saturday, but the stuff in the river isn't going anywhere and I hope to hit it hard next week. HH

the polypropylene comes in different weights. Unlined for moderate activity or with different weight wool liners for increasingly cold environments. The unlined version is designed to wick moisture away from the body, works quite well too...I have some of the lined variety but don't get to use it much here in e. Tenn. I try to avoid cotton clothing if I'm going to be several miles out in the woods

I have the 2.0 and when I went to some sites that sell sportsmans clothes, they had 3.0. I'm satisfied with what I got, I just need some socks made out of this fabric.
