Just some clad that's been buried for a good while. Using the Tarsacci with a 12 inch coil, and a neat plug cutting shovel scrapped up 21 coins 5 to 7 inches deep. This in a field that the coins have been diminishing. Had to call the hunt, got over 90 degrees out there. I'm not ready to join the buried, so I bailed.

Ha, I bailed when it hit 90 about 11a, here, too.

I've thought about the Tarsacci more then once and still find it intriguing. I have a Nox 600 and about 2 bar dirt and just not sure I would gain that much with the Tarsacci.

Good job on the coins. What kind of dirt do you have where you are? HH jim tn

Jim, I got mild dirt to dig also. But I use it a lot for salt water wading down the Gulf, extra quite. Plenty deep. So between land / sea it's getting used.

Nice finds stay cool out there!

Good day detecting Dancer, when it's 90 outside they don't have their thermometer setting in direct sunshine either, if they did it would would read 120.
