I’m keenly interested now as I have one on order. I know I know I said I wasn’t going to then I sold a couple detectors to get a Legend, then yesterday suddenly switched to the XPDII. Im so darn fickle it’s sick- but it seemed totally out of my reach at first. I still have to make a couple more concessions to justify it. Looking forward to your first video, Calabash.
 
Nice videos Calabash. The school room is filled with students as they anxiously await a lesson and Instruction on the new Deus II. Well Done, and Best of luck to you. I'm anxious to see what this will do on relics from the War of Northern Aggression.
 
Do you think the bone phones could be heard in the surf?
I also seen another video where a guy got a deus ii and couldn't talk aboout it for two days? Did ole Cali get one from XP?
 
I do think they can be heard in the surf. I tried them out and the sound is great. They are very loud and I think you could wear a pair of ear plugs with them and be set in the surf.
 
What do you make of the SALT SENs setting?
It seems you can do a ground grab and then balance out the SALT effects too?
Do you have anyway to test that setting?
 
I live 2 miles from the beach... I will not be able to get over there till next week tied up at work.
