Beach hunt on 12/27 proved to be a good one. Warm weather must have brought the people out and I found a left over. Glad I made the effort to hunt the shell line, not a lot of hits but this one made me smile. Merry Christmas all!

It looks like an opal. Incredibly beautiful . I'm so sorry for the loser, but it must have been great for you.
If I had found such a piece in the water, I would have been blown away.

Nice Opal, I would not be able to keep it long, my wife would claim it.
Mine is giving it the eye, after some of the others she has kept she needs more fingers.
 
Nice find I found a nice gold opal ring this year in a school yard opals these days are incredible with all kinds of colors.

They do, hard to get a decent picture of it.
 
Australian Opal I found the wife snarfed up faster than a hungry dog eating kibbles and bits!!! Beautiful ring for sure!
