last few hunts, sterling and a close but no cigar coin

been out just a few times in the past week or so, the joints where my thumbs meet my hands have been swollen and painful to even move. did manage a cool old Good luck token from a cotton mill machinery company, I had a WTF laugh at the name of the flower tag I found....:unsure:o_O and a "Doskow sterling" marked ring which i had to straighten out... and a heart stopping 1916 Merc.... NO mint mark... I thought the chain was my first gold of the year, marked 14K and not magnetic...after cleaning it, it is tarnished and tested as fake. I guess I'll keep digging those mid tones!

Even though it's not a D that's still a nice find on that mercury dime, 105 years old is nothing to sneeze at.
Gunwolf, thanks again for sending me that bicycle tag, got it fasten to the top lid of my tool box.

Im getting to the point that finds that make me learn a little history can be more rewarding than a mint mark on a coin. Of course I will say completely the opposite when I find that 1916D…. Lol

Heartbreakers on the no D and fake 14k. Great finds nonetheless! I really like the good luck token!

Talking to a friend of mine, he told me about the latest (but not new) studies on the use of hydrogen water and arthritis.
