Lake mud hunting part two

Back on Oct 13 I posted a pic of six old coins I rescued from the exposed lake bed after the yearly draw down of the water. I asked our club members if anyone would like to return with me to find more but got NO takers. Yes, I know your down south Larry. So I went back looking for more oldies and rescued thirteen more. Pictuered are:

Quarters: 1936, 1956-D
Dimes: two- 1929, 1943-D, 1952-S, 1954-D
Nickel: 1940
Cents: 1941, 1942, 1944, 1949-D, 1951-D

Along with many lures and lead sinkers I had a fun day.

There has to be more there congrat on the silver.:twodetecting::thumbup:

Here is what I got on Oct 8th and posted a cleaned up version on Oct 13. And last year I did better. The 4X6 DD sniper coil does good.

Here is a post from our club site and what we are about.

What lake are you at. I live at grand lake in grove Oklahoma. The ones I find are stained like that. Wish we coulde figure out a way to make them new. Nice finds.

Try using electrolysis for one minuet. Then rub with a soft cloth or shammy. URL doesn't want to copy over to this web site.
