just joined and would like to say hi

of Phoenix, attending DeVry Institute of Electronics. I lived at 7th Ave and Bethany Home Road and worked in Tempe upon graduation from DeVry.

I loved the desert and long to go back. Ive been to Prescott and Payson and all the rim areas of the state and I visited NM, too.

Loris problem is there are no ocean beaches, there. Hmmm, a dilemma, for sure.

That's a bargain. Average price of a new home here is $300,000. Like in California Yuppies here stand in line to bid on houses - bidding $20,000-$30,000 more than the asking price just to get it.

I was reading an article about the frenzy in California where 1000 square foot bungalows that sold new in the late fifties early sixties for $10,000-$15,000 are going for one million bucks. It's mind boggling and when the bubble bursts chaos will rule. Take care.

Bill
