hi everyone, what a great post this turned out to be! i'm very glad that only a very few took it out of context from it's genuine purpose: to get more people involved here on the forum, and to interact with others of the same interests. i really do want to hear what you have to say, no matter how new or how experienced you are. and there are many others on here who feel the same way that i do. sometimes it takes a bit of prodding to get people to talk, and was never meant to be an invitation to leave this great forum. quite the contrary. so, let's all be young, have fun, and detect! hh,

people do NOT want to get involved!..!.they want to play it safe!. besides.being a leader is too much work!..you HAVE to work at being a leader,and most people just don't give two s****!.. about that as they are in their own little space where it is comfortable,and the "do not disturb" shingle is on the door!

I just recently joined here, so far I have only been detecting in my own backyard, I'm getting used to some new meds that make me feel tired and dizzy so I don't like to go any further, once I get used to the meds I will be out there checking all the places I know of to check and will be on here more.
