.... They won't let ANYONE hunt there unless they are doing park maintenance that requires digging .... then they have archiologists from the park or university student archies do it under park supervision. They use crap equipment and don't know what they are doing most imes.

They have rarely allowed specific invited local detecting club members to detect when they were SURE there were no relics to be found cause the archies told them so .... the club guys found a ton of stuff that was kept by the park. They really don't want anymore stuff found and given to them as they have basements full, the public will never see, and don't want anymore. They'd rather see the relics rot away in the ground .... a shame, such a terrible shame.

I would imagine there must be 10's of thousands of relics other than 3-ringers in the ground .... and millions of 3-ringers. (tears rolling down my face icon :cry: )
