or ml 8in coil is it gonna be prone to not tightening up like my factory 10.5 which is currently jury rigged with a buncha o rings and still is kinda loose? .cs

havnt had that problem , both my stock coil and stealth 8 incher both tighten well heres i thought though get a piece of velco andcut it out to fit the coil where the bolt goes or go to an ace hardware store and buy 2 thicker washers to replace the ones that came with the unit, they probally only cost about 10 cents each i had to do this with my gti2500 nad it worked realy well hope this helps (ace hardware has a huge selection of assorted washers-rubber kind)

Charlie, the smaller coils are so much lighter, don't see you having that problem with one. Do you have the sunray support bracket for your larger coil? If not, you should try it. Should cure your problem as the bracket keeps coil in position. HH

couldnt see investing in what one costs, since it only fits the stock coil..cs thanks for reply
