I want to buy a mxt on ebay and have a question ?

Hi Everyone
I am going to buy a MXT e series,looking for one on ebay,and i would like to know if there is any differece in the 2 different coils it comes with "being the same size and type".
one just looks older than the other.
Should have a preference for one or the other ,or does it not matter.

The one on the left is the original coil for the MXT and M-6. OK, Larry just told me that the one on the right is the NEW coil that White's is putting on the MXT now. Difference? Environmentally friendly and can be repaired. This change was done a few years back. Good luck, Nancy

The coil on the left is the original older style coil. The coil on the right was introduced about 2 -3 years ago. There is really no difference other than appearance. They are both concentric and perform about the same. Good Luck!
