I took the plunge and bought a Eurotek Pro with 11" DD coil!!

I plan on using it for relics and coins and I look forward to seeing what it will do in thick nails and iron. I would appreciate your guys info on what settings you guys use on getting the best depth and seperation in iron settings.

My hunting buddy Smokey63 has the same setup I just bought (Euro pro with 11" DD) I wonder if we will have trouble with them cross talking to one another when we hunt close to one another. Anyone have a answer on this?

I am curious how it will do for you Morgan, the wife & I each had one last season and they did crosstalk if too close but not a big problem. Very good little machines, I do know that. Smokey if it makes you feel any better I too will be cutting wood in probably colder conditions than you . I take my Jonsered and my three helpers back to the woods with me every time I go, the helpers are Me Myself and I. Hang onto to that Tek tight Morgan it is like a good hunting dog, it will really tug on ya when it gets its nose on something good.

I am not worried about cross talking with Morgan since I will be so far ahead of him he will never catch up...LOL

Ski, I know it will be colder up there than here. I help my brother when I can since he cuts, splits and gives all the firewood to needy families and friends.

I took mine to a group hunt last Saturday and I stopped to talk to the other gentleman with the ETP and both of our detectors went crazy when we got within 5 feet of eachother. we both have the standard 8 inch coil. Great detector though!

Well I really like the Eurotek Pro it seems to lock on to conductive targets quite well in thick iron even a little better than a T2 SE. This is a great little machine for the money it can't be beat. Here's a short video I did on a iron test.

It was my first video I'd ever done,but the reason I done it was just to show how the Eurotek separates targets and how fast it recovered between targets. I'm glad you guys liked it.
